I'd give 10 out of 10 for the seat design. it truly makes the ride comfortable. the App makes tweaking it performance to your personal Taste & ability very easy. the Regeneration features is a huge plus for my steep hilly area. you will worry less about not been seen in busy traffic or at night when using the customizable frame & Deck Lighting. The Strong controllable smooth Power shore does Leave a wide lasting grin on my mouth. So Thank you I am a Very pleased Happy Costumer.
